OddsCalc
How often does that draw actually get there?
With two cards to come, multiplying your outs by 4 approximates your percentage; with one card left, multiply by 2. A nine-out flush draw gives roughly 36% by the river against a true 35% — close enough to use at the table and quick enough to do in your head.
Knowing you will hit 20% of the time says nothing about whether to call. Compare it to the price: if the pot lays you 4-to-1 and you are 4-to-1 against, you break even. Anything better is a call, anything worse is a fold.

With 9 outs you complete your hand about 35% of the time, so you need roughly 1.9-to-1 pot odds to call profitably.
