Rs. 5062Rs. 6,925
Rs. 7541Rs. 11,925
Rs. 10031Rs. 16,925
Rs. 12525Rs. 21,925
Rs. 15021Rs. 26,925
Rs. 20016Rs. 36,925

Break-even is Rs. 3,075 divided by the toll, rounded up: below that many crossings a year, paying each toll is cheaper. Each crossing of an ordinary plaza is one trip, so a return journey through one plaza counts twice; one entry and exit on a closed expressway counts once. Only National Highway and National Expressway plazas count.

What the pass covers

The FASTag annual pass costs Rs. 3,075 for passes bought from 1 April 2026 (Rs. 3,000 in 2025-26) and lasts one year from activation or 200 trips, whichever comes first. It is for private, non-commercial cars, jeeps and vans, and works at the National Highway and National Expressway fee plazas, about 1,150 of them; on roads run by state governments or local bodies your FASTag pays the normal toll. You buy it once through the Rajmargyatra app or the NHAI website and it activates on your existing FASTag within two hours.

How trips are counted

At an ordinary toll plaza each crossing is one trip, so a return journey through one plaza uses two of your 200. On a closed, ticketed expressway, one entry and exit together count as one trip. Plazas where you already hold a local or monthly pass don't use up trips. The pass pays off once your crossings a year times the average toll pass Rs. 3,075: 31 crossings at Rs. 100 a plaza, 62 at Rs. 50.

Can I use the annual pass on any toll road?

No. It covers only National Highway and National Expressway plazas. Expressways and state highways run by state governments or local bodies charge the normal toll from your FASTag balance. The pass is for private cars, jeeps and vans only, can't be moved to another vehicle, and is switched off if used on a commercial vehicle.
